To join Glemsford Social Club, simply download and complete the membership form below and then email your completed form back to theclubglemsford@gmail.com, you will then need to pay your £7.50 fee when you collect your membership card from the club, alternatively you can just drop your completed form into the club along with your £7.50 membership fee. Only adults are required to be a member, children's memberships are free.

If you do not currently know anyone who is a member of the club, please leave the member proposer blank and we will complete this for you.
